To secure a USD$55 million Bank Guarantee or Standby Letter of Credit for the Seller of Diesel Fuel in Europe on behalf of the Importer; we Need a Minimum of 2% of the cash value of the business/project or Maximum (USD$2.5million) to open the desired financial instrument to the main Seller of the product in Russia, Dubai, Kuwait or wherever and a promissory note to pay the balance of the cost of issuance once the business is completed. We will also need to pay the Vessel owners about USD$500,000 and cover the rest with a bank guarantee and or standby letter of credit for the duration of the voyage. What is therefore clear; is that a Full loaded cargo of AGO or Diesel Fuel of 100,000MT can be bought, shipped and delivered with USD$3million or Less utilizing financial engineering using Financial Instruments.

WHAT IS THE COST OF THE FINANCIAL INSTRUMENT? Typically, the financial instruments can cost anywhere from 5-10% of the face value of the instrument desired. Meaning that both the issuer and the importer will secure a working agreement to pay the balance of the cost of issuance once the business or the product is delivered and sold by the importer (protective mechanism are built into any agreement to properly cover the interest of the issuer). What the importer is expected to pay before the issuance of the financial instrument are bank, logistics and administrative charges associated with the issuance of the financial instrument. What we are simply saying is that with USD$2.5million or Less, an importer can secure a business or project valued at USD$50million (A 100,000MT Cargo of Diesel Fuel to Nigerian Waters) stress free and legitimately.

TRADE-ABLE FINANCIAL INSTRUMENTS?: The following financial instruments are bankable papers are trade-able for those seeking to buy and sell financial instruments; through a process we call monetizing or discounting. This process involves linking project owners, investors, importers and financiers with the aim of earning a commission only and converting the instrument to cash. Whatever is the expected return on the business is of no importance to the trader of Financial Instruments here; they are all delivered via bank swift message formats; the most viable are presented below:

The business cycle is quarterly; once a process is initiated, returns are expected quarterly (once in three months). The required Minimum Investment is $100,000 (One Hundred Thousand Dollars Only) for a Ten Million Dollars Instrument. The process is bank related and fees are all inclusive. The calculated cost of financial instrument transmission, Bank-2-Bank is capable of securing via Lease any of the above listed Instruments with a face value as determined by the size and nature of the business. Expected gross earnings are anything from 10-15% of the face value of the financial instrument and it is also dependent on the Clients' needs and our ability to negotiate. The Total cost of most Financial Instruments outside the $100,000 Cost of Swift Transmission Charges is minimum 5% and Maximum 8%. Net returns therefore can be from 5-10% on every Financial Instrument transaction.
